The Sedona Method

What is the Sedona Method?

The Sedona Method is a way to help resolve conflicts and problems in your everyday life.  It is a very simple but very powerful method.  The basic method consists of asking yourself three questions in regards to any problem that is bothering you:

"Could you let it go?"

"Would you let it go?"

"When?"

We have found that people cling to their problems, negative experiences, and limiting thoughts and beliefs.  When you tell them that all they have to do is let the problem go, and it will no longer be a problem, they often refuse to do so.  They will enumerate for you all the reasons why they can't let go of the problem.
