only beverage your
body needs or requires is pure water. Any other beverage,
consumed over a large period of time, is detrimental to the body.
Even herbal teas and fresh juices, which can be taken medicinally for a
short period of time, should not be constantly consumed. These
beverages disrupt the energy flow of the body.
Under NO circumstances should coffee, caffeinated tea, soda pop, or any other caffeinated beverage be consumed. Not only are they acidic, which disrupts the normal flow of energy and distribution of oxygen to the body, but caffeine is a diuretic and will cause your body to dump massive amounts of vitamins and minerals into the urine. If you drink caffeine with a meal, you have virtually robbed yourself of every vitamin and mineral present in the foods you ate. You are also dehydrating yourself by drinking beverages containing caffeine or sugar. Most Americans live daily with mild dehydration because they do not drink enough water, and because they interfere with the natural energy flow of the body by the beverages they drink. If fresh juices are taken for medicinal purposes, they should be drank within 20 minutes of being juiced. After that, the live enzymes in the juices are dead, and no longer contribute to cellular respiration the way live enzymes do. Water should be purified by reverse osmosis. Do not drink distilled water, it can be toxic to the body. It should only be used for a very short period of time during a planned detoxification. It should not be drank daily as a beverage. After your water is purified, it needs minerals in it to make the pH alkaline to help counteract some of the acidity in our bodies. I suggest Nutronix International's O2 Proformance Hydration, which contains coral calcium granules that release negative hydrogen ions into the water, thereby bringing it to a pH of 9. Drinking this water daily helps eliminate toxins from the body, and helps restore the pH of the body to a more alkaline level. To determine how much water you should drink, take your weight and divide by two. This is the minimum number of ounces you must drink daily. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you need a minimum of 100 ounces of water per day. For more about healthy and unhealthy beverages, see: Recipes Do you drink living water?
