Each of us comes into the world with a predisposition toward one color or another. You may have a red predisposition if you:
1. ...have
red hair, red in your hair, or are a strawberry blond.
2. ...have
a ruddy complexion, or get flushed easily.
3. ...are
impatient, or have a quick temper.
4. ...have
parents who had heart disease or high blood pressure.
5. ...like
to get things done quickly.
To find out if you have an orange predisposition, ask yourself:
1. Do you
have
auburn or copper-colored hair?
2. Do you
have a fair skin or freckles?
3. Do you
have hazel or brown eyes?
4. Do you
tend to have many projects on the go at once?
5. Are you
generally outgoing and sociable?
To find out if you have a predisposition toward too much yellow energy, ask yourself:
1. Do you
have
golden brown or fair hair?
2. Does your
skin have a yellow or brown tone to it?
3. Do you
need a lot of sleep or have a sluggish system?
4. Have you
or your parents suffered from liver, gall bladder, or pancreas problems?
5. Do you
grasp new ideas and concepts quickly?
Do you have a predisposition toward green energy? Ask yourself:
1. Do you
have
green or hazel eyes?
2. Do you
or your parents suffer from circulation problems, cysts, or cancer?
3. Do you
usually find it hard to make decisions?
4. Do you

Do you have a blue predisposition? Ask yourself:

pale blue or blue-gray eyes?

Red
Black pepper -
stimulating
and good for intense cold
Camphor - stimulates
the heart, low blood pressure, coldness, warm stiff muscles
Clary sage - for
inflamed skin conditions, muscular aches and pains, asthma, nervous
tension.
Do not
consume internally while using externally!
Ginger - promotes
self-awareness and acceptance; warming and stimulating (not to be used
during the
first trimester of pregnancy).
Jasmine - sexually
stimulating, good for apathy, rigidity, secretiveness
Rosemary - for
tiredness
and apathy; a nerve stimulant
Orange
Benzoin - relates
more to a peach color, which soothes the emotions and is good for
loneliness
and sadness.
Cardamom - for
expansion
and warmth
Carrot seed -
detoxes
the liver and kidneys, relieves stress, improves energy, increases red
corpuscles
Cinnamon - aids
the digestion
Coriander - an
appetite
stimulant
Neroli - refreshing,
relaxing, especially good for stress and depression

tonic for nerves, promotes sleep, good for high blood pressure,

Sandalwood - for
problems of the throat, good for dreamwork
Indigo
Clove - provides
pain relief
Teatree -
antibacterial,
antifungal
Yarrow - acts
directly
on the bone marrow, stimulates blood renewal, has a healing effect on
varicose
veins
Violet
Frankinscence -
rejuvenating,
restores subtle bodies, counters panic, instills confidence
Juniper - purifying
and protective
Lavender - soothing,
relaxing, purifying, protecting, effective for hysteria, palpitations,
insomnia, migranes,
depression, tonic action on the heart, lowers blood pressure, relieves
