Gentle, Wandering Soul

Gentle, wandering soul
See me with your knowing eyes
Touch my dreams and make me cry
Come fill the sacred longing in my soul

Drifting through the pain
Taste my longing once again
Drink the tears of empty rain
Falling on my dry and barren dreams

Come away with me
To a land of colored skies
With no regrets and no goodbyes
And play among the stars so endlessly

Take my hand and fly
Lift me up, don
t let me fall
We
ll climb the mountains short and tall
And sleep together through sweet eternity.
