The
body
works best to function and heal itself in a PH with a range of 7.2 to
7.4, which is all the way to the right on the color scale above.
The blood
MUST maintain this ph and will withdraw calcium from the bones to

The best
ways to encourage an alkaline ph are:
1.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, which cause an alkaline reaction in
the body and neutralize acid. Even seemingly acidic fruits like
lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges produce an alkaline reaction in

2.
Don't drink coffee, tea, soda or bottled fruit juice. These are
all acidic. Nothing with caffeine should be ingested.
Acceptable beverages: filitered water, herbal non-caffeinated
teas, freshly juiced fruit and vegetable juices (juiced and
ingested within 20 minutes), and No-carb
Flavored Stevia Drinks. However, water should be our main
beverage. It takes 32 glasses of alkaline water at a ph of 9 to
neutralize one can of soda.

Avoid stress, prescriptioned or over-the-counter drugs, and although
meat and dairy products are acceptable to eat as long as they are
organic, free range and non-pasteurized, they should constitute a less
than 20% of your diet. Grains contain mycotoxins which promote
diabetes, heart disease and cancer, and should be avoided as much as
possible. Your diet should be 80% fruits and vegetables, and 80%
raw 20% cooked, as cooking acidifies the food.
4.

totally alkaline product.

To test your pH,
you
will need a roll of test paper or box of test strips such as we sell
. This
paper
can be used to saliva or urine, and the color of the paper will
change
to reflect the pH level. You simply compare the color of the
paper
to the color scale on the side of the package.
Testing
Procedures:
Testing of saliva must take place at least 2 hours after any food or drink has been taken. First, spit out all the saliva you can. Then suck some new saliva from underneath your tongue. You have two glands under your tongue that produce saliva. Just pretend you have a straw in your mouth and you are trying to suck something through the straw. Some saliva should come out from under your tongue.
Once you have this new saliva in your mouth, spit it out too. Then suck some more new saliva out and spit this out two. Now suck some more new saliva, and this time you are ready to test it.
Take a piece of the pH paper and wet it with the saliva. Let 20 seconds pass and then compare it to the chart that came with the pH paper.
Your goal is to
be slightly
alkaline. Testing your pH each day should help you know when you
need
to take more calcium
to neutralize the acid in your body and bring it into a more alkaline
range.
