Artificial sweeteners are even more acidic than white sugar. Note that honey which contains minerals, is only slightly acidic because although it contains natural sugar it also contains minerals, vitamins and other components to help digest. Refined white sugar and artificial sweeteners contain no minerals or nutrients to speak of.

Fruit: Some fresh fruits are slightly acidic because they do contain natural sugars. Note the drastic increase in acidity when processed sugar is added.  Also, although these fruits have an acidic pH, this is because of the natural sugar content, they also contain vitally healthy antioxidants, so don't stop consuming them just because they are a little acidic.  Blueberries and strawberries contain more antioxidants that any other food except garlic.
