Connecting to "The Source"

Have you ever felt that there is some reality other than what you can see?  Do you ever feel that you are not alone, even when no one else is with you? Do you ever feel that there is something connecting us all together? Something bigger than you?

The Source is the special, intimate, inner part of you. Every person, every animal, every plant, every beam of light, every particle of matter and being is made of the same substance as the Source. Every particle of the Source is also connected to every other particle by an actual flow of energy that can be measured.

You can also call this energy by many names:  consciousness, chi, God, universal life-force energy, primal force.  The name you call it by is not important. Recognizing that it is in you, around you, and connects you to every other person, place and thing is what is important.

Honoring your Source is very important.  To do this, start by honoring the special inner part of yourself. Feed and nourish your inner being by doing things that are special to you, which make you feel joyful and alive. Your Source is the place where this joy and energy comes from. Your source is the place where all good, all love, and all joy come from.

Your Source provides all the guidance you need in any situation, and gives you an emotional and spiritual center.  You can trust it to provide everything you need if you always stay connected to it.

How do you stay connected to your Source?  By being true to yourself.  By loving and respecting yourself.  By just thinking of and acknowledging the special, sacred, eternal part of yourself. By humbly acknowledging your own specialness, and recognizing and acknowledging that same specialness in every other particle of existence. You don't have to belong to a church, or embrace any particular religious philosophy.  The Source doesn't care about dogmas and doctrines; it cares about your personal authenticity.
