Flavored Stevia Drinks

         Diabetic
                   Friendly!

Over 500 studies exist on the safety and effectiveness of Stevia, and they all have shown no negative side effects like many people experience with Nutrasweet and Splenda. And it doesn't seem to have that unpleasant aftertaste either.

One of the reasons for drinking water is, not only to keep you from getting dehydrated, but also to help keep your PH in the alkaline range.  So before I mix up my Stevita drink mix, I first add another product to it to raise the pH of the water from it's normal 7 to a more alkaline 9. I do this using Nutronix International's O2 Performance Hydration Product. These are Sango Coral Calcium granuals that, when poured into water, instantly transform the water into an alkaline drink.  Then, after letting the water sit for five minutes, I then pour the water into another container, leaving the granuals in the bottom of the first container, then mix in my Stevita powder.

What is Stevia?

In case you don't know about Stevia, it's an herb. The Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni, as this variety is known, is a perennial plant of the Compositae family. It is native of the highlands of central southeast South America covering portions of Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. Currently it is cultivated throughout the world. In Paraguay and Brazil Stevia has been used for centuries as a traditional medicine for diabetics and also as a source of sweetness.
