We need sun exposure. That's how our bodies make Vitamin D, which protects us against heart disease, tuberculosis, depression, diabetes, and much more.

While you want to start out with just 10 minutes of sun exposure a day and work up so that you do not get sunburn, there are certain vegetables that protect the skin against sun damage.

Which Veggies?

In General, the greener the vegetable the better. However, there are a few non- green veggies that made it on the list.
