Violet:
The Color of Creativity, Intuition,
Spirituality,
and Self-Awareness
Violet has the highest vibration of all the color rays. Though it is primarily made up of red and blue, it is the embodiment of all the colors, and so brings us closest to our consummate self. People who have a predominance of violet light energy are very connected to their spirituality. They are also able to tune into the energy that is going on around them. They are very sensitive to sound and air pollution. They must carefully try to screen as much of this out as possible, as they are apt to develop allergic reactions to much of their environment.
Although the violet person is searching for spiritual development and self-knowledge, they often have their head in the clouds and can't deal well with day-to-day responsibilities. An imbalance in this color can predispose one to nervous and mental disorders such as neurosis, phobias, and epilepsy. The violet ray links to the brain and nervous system, so violet foods strengthen and nurture our mental health.
People who have a strong violet ray are powerful people, so they must make sure they are working for the good of others rather than just for themselves.
